Sometimes, you get lucky. We chose Greg out of the clear blue. We knew nobody in the Baltimore area and had never lived in Maryland. When we started, we had no idea what we wanted, other than to be in the northern suburbs, near our daughter and her family. Were we going to buy land and build? Did we want to be on the water? Did we want a home in a new development or a home that would take some work? The good news for us was that we were in no rush. Greg patiently helped us play out all of those options over the course of a few months (and there were a lot of them) until we finally convinced ourselves to buy an existing home that was not on the water., and in the north/northwestern suburbs. With that decision finally made, Greg then helped us navigate the insanity of trying to successfully bid on a house in this area, and once we nailed a successful bid, he recommended a terrific inspector who found serious deficiencies that prompted us to walk away. But, in the end, after several unsuccessful bids, all of which required work on Greg's part, we found a house. The location and neighborhood were just right, close ot our daughter's family. But this house was going to need some work. Greg helped us get it at a price that freed up enough cash to be able to afford doing what needed to be done. Greg also got us a terrific mortgage company that made assembling the stacks of documents easier and Bob O'Connell got us a good rate in a rising interest environment. If that was not enough, Greg even put us on to a renovations contractor whom he had used himself. Never once did Greg make us feel pushed and never once did he put closing the sale ahead of serving our best interests. Everybody has a story about bad experiences with real estate people. If you are looking to never have another of those bad experiences, simply call Greg - and relax.

Mina from the first phone call was extremely knowledgeable with all of my questions. She already knew about my area and the area 30 minutes away that I wanted to move to. I not only used her to buy my home, but also to sell it. She was averaging five listings a day for my wife and I to checkout until we found our current home. Selling a house can be a very exciting time, but it can also be stressful and emotionally painful when it is your childhood home that you are selling because your loving mom passed away. I knew we couldn’t keep the house and it was perfect timing as it was a seller’s market in the summer of 2021. I had never sold a house before, lived in a different state, and needed to quickly find someone to guide us through this process successfully with experience, efficiency, and care. I interviewed several other agents, but was really impressed with Greg’s unique combination of professionalism, depth of experience, and confidence in what he thought we could get for the house. I am thrilled to share that we got so much more with Greg Cullison! This was an incredibly difficult process for me and my family, especially with the limited time we had to get it done. I am still in shock at how smoothly and fast it all happened: We selected Greg at the end of June, had the house ready to sell by July 12th, put it on the market on the 15th, accepted a great offer on August 2nd, and closed by mid-September! Greg’s ability to clearly explain each step of the sales process and what he would do to meet our required deadlines, gave me peace. It was clear that Greg was highly knowledgeable and knew exactly what we needed to do to get this done efficiently, but also get the most money for the house. Greg was just what we needed: a kind, calm, knowledgeable guide who effectively delivered more than we thought possible. 2021 has been a crazy year for my wife and I so far. I met Greg early 2016 when we were looking for a house to buy. We left a message for Greg on one of the website we were browsing. I had a couple of set backs to illness and found myself owing over $30,000 in back mortgage paymentsand over $18,000 in fees and penalties added on. Soon a foreclosure would be knocking at the door. I wanted to sell or was it to late. I picked up the phone and called the agent whom I used to purchase the property. After revealing my situation, Greg told me to relax. I needed to hear that because I'd recently been through a chapter 13 then a chapter 7 and now a looming foreclosure too. Greg said the first order of business is to list your property for sale. Property values have increased so I had unexpected equity like everyone else. Within several days we has a serious buyer .Greg worked all the numbers and soon realized I would have to present $7,000 at settlement to sellmy property; I didn't have a penny.Greg said don't worry ,let me find a way . With a call to the buyers agenthe and Greg would reduce their overhead costs and fees and the buyer agree on a purchase price to make this sale work.Of course I walked away without financial gain but was able to satisfy my mortgage, avoid foreclosure and have a big smile of happiness. Greg was hands down the best realtor we have ever worked with, and we've gone through quite a few. My fiance and I were looking for a home on and off for YEARS, and Greg ended up being the one who found us the perfect home and saw it through to the end. He is extremely responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the entire process. He was always very flexible with scheduling showings of homes. I met Greg early 2016 when we were looking for a house to buy. We left a message for Greg on one of the website we were browsing. Greg called us the following day and scheduled an appointment to meet him to show us some of the new houses in White Marsh area. We told him the prices in White Marsh were outside our budget. He quickly told us we can get similar houses in Joppa at a lesser cost. True to his word we found what we want. He immediately hooked us up with AJ one of the loan officers he uses and as a team they begun to work on the process. We met so many road blocks but it did not deterred them but rather motivated them to put their combined years of experiences behind the process and with God on our side they pulled it off.
